Shipping Overview

Processing Time

We understand you're excited to receive your order — and so are we. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to process your order after payment confirmation.

Each order is carefully picked by our warehouse team and goes through a quality control inspection before being packaged and shipped.

During sales and holiday periods, processing may take a bit longer — up to 5 business days — due to higher order volumes. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes between 15 and 30 business days depending on your location. Some regions may receive packages sooner, while more remote areas may take a bit longer.

Here's a general guide for estimated delivery times:

Europe: 15 to 25 business days

United States and Canada: 15 to 30 business days

United Kingdom: 15 to 25 business days

Australia and New Zealand: 20 to 35 business days

Rest of World: 15 to 35 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your package's journey right to your door.

If you don't receive this email within a few days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, feel free to reach out to us at support@gothichour.com and we'll help you locate your tracking information.

Occasionally, some orders may require additional information regarding your address or payment confirmation. Please keep an eye on your inbox for any follow-up emails after placing your order to ensure everything is processed smoothly.

Customs, Taxes and Duties

International orders may be subject to customs taxes, duties, or import charges when they arrive in your country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Unfortunately, we cannot estimate these charges as they vary widely based on local laws and policies. If you're unsure what to expect, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

Please note that if a package is returned to us because customs fees were refused or left unpaid, we will not be able to issue a refund for that order.

Delayed or Lost Packages

We work with reliable shipping partners and do our best to ensure all packages arrive within the estimated time frame. However, delays can sometimes occur due to weather conditions, incorrect address information, carrier issues, customs processing, or local postal service disruptions.

If your package appears to be delayed, please allow a few extra days before reaching out — international shipping can sometimes take longer than expected, especially during busy periods.

If your package is lost or missing and tracking shows no updates for an extended period, we will process a reshipment for you. Packages that show confirmed delivery from the carrier will be subject to investigation before any further action is taken.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@gothichour.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage so we can assess the situation and make it right — whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
