Tracking details are sent by email once your order has shipped. If your tracking link does not update right away, allow a few days for the carrier system to refresh.

Order tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 9–16 business days after shipping, depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Tracking not updating yet?

This can happen during the first few days after shipment. Some carriers update tracking only after the package reaches the next sorting facility or arrives in the destination country.

  • Order confirmed: your order has been received and is being prepared.
  • Order shipped: your tracking number has been created and sent by email.
  • In transit: your package is moving through the carrier network.
