We want you to love your order. Here's everything you need to know.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@gothichour.com. If your return is accepted, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right — whether that's a replacement or a full refund. In cases where the item was damaged or defective due to reasons beyond your control, no restocking fee will be applied.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products (special orders)
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, simply make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible without waiting for the exchange to process.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The same conditions apply: your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee will be applied to refunds for all returned items, except in cases where the item received was damaged or defective due to reasons beyond your control. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

This policy helps us continue providing quality products while encouraging thoughtful purchasing.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@gothichour.com.
